Using the Viable Systems Model, the teams are organised in 5 groups.
Black is system 1: primary activities.
Blue is system 2: process.
Green is system 3: coordination.
Orange is system 4: navigation.
Red is system 5: identity.

Meeting teams
EPT meetings are prepared by teams formed of host countries and system 2 – process plus the respective primary activity that holds the main focus topic of the meeting.
The meetings take place at following places and dates:
- Germany (August 2013)
- Slovenia (October 2012)
- Portugal (March 2013)
- UK (May 2013)
- Spain (September 2013)
- Denmark / Sweden (May 2014)
- Bulgaria (July 2014)
