Los participantes del partenariado EPT participan en grupos de trabajo sobre aspectos diferentes del proyecto. Estamos usando el Viable Systems Model (VSM) como estructura organizativa. Esto es un mapa del sistema:

El sistema se compone de las siguientes partes:

  • 1 - las Actividades Primarias, que se ocupan de:
  • 2 - El equipo que cuida el Proceso.
  • 3 - La Coordinación del sistema y sus partes.
  • 4 - El sistema de Comunicación con el mundo externo e interno.
  • 5 - Nuestra Identidad o Valores - sobre lo que se basa el partenariado.

Participants of the EPT partnership work in working groups on different aspects of the project. We are using the Viable Systems Model (VSM) as an organisational structure. Here is a map of our system:

  • 1 - Our Primary Activities, which work on:
  • 2 - The Process-team.
  • 3 - The Coordination of the system and it's parts.
  • 4 - The system of Communication to the outside and within.
  • 5 - Our Identity or Values - what is our Partnership based on.
